The most beautiful sight in my home right now is this. This beautiful bunch of Camillias 🙂
The Camellia tree is blooming in such ridiculously pretty colors, just the sight of it gives me all sorts of happy feelings. And all those flower petals on the ground evokes a yearning to lie there on a sunny day. Thankfully I am not so dramatic or romantic, else the garden lizards would have had a field day.
Last Sunday was supposed to be just another day doing household chores, but my husband planned an impromptu dinner party for my birthday, which fell on a weekday. We invited our close friends and family, there was laughter, non stop chattering and delicious food. My husband somehow even managed to find an awesome flourless orange cake too. Days like these make me feel so blessed and grateful.
The word in my mind for my Birthday was Gratitude, even though I fell ill and had to take a day off 🙂 Well, at least it was a productive day, I finished making another Zentangle inspired art.
