This April, I’m participating in the April A to Z Blogging Challenge with a creative twist -learning and sharing Zentangle patterns! Each day, I’ll explore a new pattern, uncovering its beauty and include it in my zentangle inspired artwork. At the end of the challenge, I hope to have a completed artwork with all the patterns I learned in this challenge. Join me on this artistic journey as I embrace mindfulness, creativity, and the joy of tangling!
Day 19 of the challenge – S for Snugz
Snugz is a cozy, grid-based Zentangle pattern featuring rounded shapes that resemble plush cushions or quilted tiles. Its soft, repetitive curves create a soothing rhythm, making it a comforting choice for mindful drawing and adding gentle texture to your artwork.
I fell in love with this pattern as soon as I finished drawing it. It would look great as a border in zentangle-inspired artwork.

Here’s a quick tutorial on how to draw Snugz zentangle pattern.
Here are all the patterns from A to S.
