Ironbark Lake, Ponds | Sydney Suburb

Ponds is a suburb in Sydney (NSW, Australia), about 40 km from the CBD. The residential area is fairly new, with beautiful parks and a huge artificial lake called Ironbark Lake. The lake, which was originally a farm dam, has a walkway around it, a playground for toddlers and seating areas to watch the beautiful colors of sunset reflect on the water surface. You will also find a lot of birdlife like wood ducks swimming in the lake.

Here are some of the pictures I had taken on different visits.

  1. SUch a beautiful place, Raj! Perfect to unwind after a busy week, along with the family or your friends. I could lose myself out there and wish never to return 😛

Let’s keep the conversation flowing!
