Art makes everything awesome

Isn’t that right?

I worked on few more artworks over the last few weekends and managed to finish my first ever drawing copy. These pages are a true representation of my journey. In these pages are hidden moments of joy and of utter frustration, times when I abandoned a work but later on was determined to fix it. From drawing on sticky notes, little bits of patterns here and there, to now owning a foot and half long drawing book, which I hope will finish someday. It’s nothing near perfection, rather a jagged creativity of an artist who simply loves to draw.

I am currently reading Indian Tales by Rudyard Kipling on my Kindle app. Frankly, it’s not an easy read. The stories written in thick accent are really difficult to comprehend. I am eagerly waiting to finish this book and start a new one. A paperback this time. 🙂

I wasn’t too happy with the below lettering,  so used some filters to make it look different.  Hmm… didn’t help though 🙈

Some good news: My post on How to Draw Zentangle was picked as Tangy Tuesday by Blogadda last week. Yayy!!

And Destiny’s Child made it to the Directory of Top Indian Blogs list again this year. 😀 😀

  1. Congratulations on tangy Tuesday picks and making it to Top blogs. Honestly I never realised being in the top blogs is huge and I wasn’t that excited to see my name but I am gradually getting to know it is indeed a coveted list. I am not much of an arts person in fact I never know even a streak of creativity exists in me. By discovering blogging I have indeed surprised myself!
