1. Homegrown Vegetables
Remember my vegetable patch and how I was trying to protect my tomato seedlings all through winter? They are all grown now 😀 Look at this batch of awesomeness that I plucked last week.
And here’s another batch of tomatoes, mint, chillies and spring onion from my garden. I have planted some capsicum seeds too. Let’s see how they turn out.
2. Juicing for Health
Did you try the 5 awesome healthy drinks I posted few weeks back? Well, I made some more vegetable juice, with different combinations.

3. Best Nine on Instagram
Not at all surprised that most are Yoga posts, since they are pretty popular on my account. The total number of likes has increased considerably since last year 😁 Extremely thankful for an eventful year 😁
4. Fortune Cookie
Is my fortune cookie trying to tell me something? 😝
These have been distributed in my workplace and I ate quite a lot of them. Not to mention the interesting messages each of them contained.
5. Side Crow
I thought I would never be able to do this. This balance was so hard to achieve, due to low flexibility in hips and low core strength. But last week I could hold it, even if it was only for a second. In the below pictures, it’s the one where I am balancing on palms. The Fallen Angel pose is my ultimate goal, but to achieve that I need to find strength to hold a side crow first. Someday… someday.
6. Eagle Crunch
When you follow Blogilates, you don’t just crunch, you Eagle Crunch!!
I absolutely love Cassey, her energy is infectious and ever smiling presence makes you stay on the mat a little longer. Check out her Youtube Channel if you are looking for home workouts.

What a wonderful day for me to stumble upon this post: the very same day I notice that I *may* have gained a little more weight. The healthy juices look fab, and more enticing given today's context 😀
So now you've got green thumbs too? Damn, woman! You're like wonder woman!
Loved the veggies! I need to do more yoga and improve my core strength too, the eagle crunch seems to be something that would do exactly that. In fact I think I need to do more of weight training to reduce some weight.

Those fresh veggies look yummy, as do the smoothies. The yoga poses are inspirational for sure. I really need to start yoga. 2017 – that's one area I want to check off at the end of the year!
I always drool over your Yoga pictures, Raj. My core has become stronger over the years. Having two kids takes its toll but I am glad that I got regular with strength training. Of course, I don't have any flexibility close to yours. And your garden pics are amazing! Great work, girl. Hope to see those capsicum sprouting soon.
Great going, Raj on so many fronts. Love the veges from your garden and I'd want to have that Beetroot and Green Apple juice. Yoga… well, you rock at it!!
I was more drawn to your yoga poses than the fresh vegetables! You are superb, girl. You inspire me as I am trying to be more regular in my yoga practice 🙂
Wow those tomatoes look perfect! And your yoga postures just keep getting better. Way to go! I've always wanted to try fortune cookies, only saw them in movies.
THat is simply AWESOMEEEEEEEEEEEE
Bikram's
Oh so many inspiring things in one post. And lovely tomatoes you got there. Love all your poses and dont think I can do even one of them.
Your home grown veggies are so beautiful. And I really admire the work you put in to maintain your health.
Loved the veggie pictures, Raj! I, too, have planted tomato and chilli …and the seedlings are looking good, as of now. Need to wait and watch, with loads of patience and love!
My yoga schedule has gone for a toss. Now, seeing your pictures, I guess I am going to get back to it soon! Thank you for being such an inspiration! <3
Round up post for 2016, I assume 🙂
Great stuff Rajlakshmi. Your disciplined diet and yoga regime is inspiring. Phenomenal core strength and fitness. Keep up the amazing work!
Those tomatoes look so beautiful. It would have been hard to use them no>? I would want to just keep looking at them. You are so inspiring with your dedication to healthy eating and Yoga. Keep going girl.
The fresh veggies look enticing. I am not even looking at those photos of yoga photos. Jealous! Am I ? hahahah
