Breathe In. Breathe out. I kept reminding myself.
Keep extending, a little more, just a little more.
Oh darn!! I am going to snap into two today.
That was when instead of feeling calm and open, fear gripped my heart and my back slacked. I was lying on the ground again.
Sigh no Kapotasana today.
That my friend is story of my life 😉

Well, I will not be able to do the second pic pose in this lifetime… never… ever!
Hahaha Shilpa I am with practice that is possible 🙂
Omg! You are amazing. I like the yoga-based posts on prompts.
Thank you Nisha. Glad you liked them.
I can almost hear my bones creak in displeasure, at the thought of performing this Asana!
A 55er with a twist 😀
Rofl… yeah I too feel the same when I look at the full pose.
Lol! And the story of your life looks pretty darn good woman!
Cheers
Geets

Hehehe you are too sweet… 🙂
Haha.. Really? But You look so at ease with all the poses..
No no these poses are still tough since I don't have shoulder and back flexibility. Thank you Naba
Actually I find even the second picture amazing so I have nothing to say.
Aww you are too sweet Tulika… Thank you 🙂
Hmmm, strange. I couldn't see the photos on your blog but I could paste them in Pinterest and see them. Very peculiar. You sure are amazing how you can contort your body into all those poses. So flexible and fluid. Amazing girl! Sorry you didn't achieve the pose you wanted but it's still way better than anything I could do.
Oh really I need to figure out what's wrong. Hehehe thank you so much Cathy
Looks pretty awesome to me. You are the yoga queen!
