Wanderlust Tales : Kangaroo #atozchallenge

The first time I saw a Kangaroo was at Batemans Bay Birdland Park. But to meet them in their natural habitat is not just exciting, it’s beautiful.

One day we drove for 4 hours, south of Sydney, just to meet these furry creatures, happily living near the beach.

This family of three was seen at a Golf Course near Nelson Bay. We were staying in one of the Villas nearby and each morning I would watch these beautiful animals, grazing and leisurely hopping around.

  1. Honestly, Im a bit scared of them after seeing videos of how strong their legs are and how they do occasionally jumo and kick :

  2. I'm so excited to visit Australia/NZ some day. I'll be the goofy tourist gawking at the adorable kangaroos, enjoying every minute of it.

  3. I've never seen a kangaroo. Except for those sketches of them in story books.
And now I got to see pics of them for the first time. I do hope to see them running with their kids in the kangaroo pouch. It's supposed to be very interesting to watch, isn't it?
