The A to Z challenge was quite exhausting and I had to take a week long break before I could even check my blogger dashboard. But now I am back to regular blogging, refreshed and teeming with ideas 🙂 I hope you guys had liked my Yoga Every Damn Day series 🙂
I have been jumping around the wall for quite sometime, trying to do a handstand. Near, yet so far. My legs hardly touch the wall, but my arms are getting quite the workout. It’s just that after so much jumping, my wrists become sore. So one fine evening, while I was sitting on the carpet, tired, fixing my yoga-hair, the bulb in my brain lit up. How about some door frame fun!!
The first pose exhausted all my upper body strength and I was praying not to slip as my feet had started sweating. Else, my nose wouldn’t have loved the after effects.
Supporting myself on one side of the door, I started my circus 😛 Thankfully there was no one at home. The hubby already is going bonkers with my weird yoga asanas 😛
Be careful if you are just as out of mind as I am and are planning to try this out. Warm up your body, specially wrists and make sure your shoulders are stretched and core activated. I was already an hour into the practice when I tried it. Don’t push yourself too far else the pain in the elbow is very discomforting.
Wooooow! ! Wonder woman!
