Yoga Every Damn Day – As a part of A to Z April Blogging challenge, I am going to post a series of Yoga poses. Don’t worry I will keep it simple and crisp… and try not to make it boring.
It’s time for Inversions… I used to dread these during the first few weeks of my practice. I thought I could never get my legs off the ground. And to top it all I never had a good upper body strength. But as I practised more, activating my core, I could now easily do the inversions with the help of a wall.
Here’s few variation of Tripod Headstand or Sirsasana II
Working on my sarvangasana (shoulder stand) and halasana
My dream pose is Forearm Stand or Pincha Mayurasana. But first I need to get away from the wall.
Day 2 – Bakasana
Day 5 – Eagle Pose
Day 6 – Fishy Fishy
Day 7 – Gate Pose
Day 8 – Headstand
Wow that is so amazing 😀
thank you Shesha 😀
Wont catch me standing on my head…I cant

That's awesome. I have always been fascinated with Sirsasana. Scared to ever try it. I probably should follow in your footsteps and keep at it with the help of a yogacharya 🙂
