Yoga Every Damn Day

Yoga Every Damn Day – As a part of A to Z April Blogging challenge, I am going to post a series of Yoga poses. Don’t worry I will keep it simple and crisp… and try not to make it boring. {All pictures are mine, clicked by my dear husband}

Yoga is a revelation. After every practice I am beginning to understand my body better. I respect its limitation and sometimes I am even surprised by what it can achieve. I have learnt that for better physical and mental health, it is  absolutely vital to respect your body first.

Not just food, but be careful of the thoughts and negativity that you are feeding your body and mind. The safest approach is to keep the bad stuffs away. I know that’s no brainer, yet not as simple as it sounds.

Don’t be intimidated by others, patiently and slowly, let your body bloom. This is something I keep reminding myself for I am an impatient soul. Of course, my friends bring me back to ground. 🙂

If you haven’t already, do follow me on Instagram where I go extra crazy on yoga 🙂

  5. Wonderful! I so agree with you. Respecting our body with its limitations and achievements is the first step. Keeping bad stuff away isn't as easy as being told. You are an inspiration, Raj.
