Wanderlust Postcards – Quad Biking

Wanderlust Postcards – Quad Biking at Port Stephens, Australia

After being stuck inside for two days at Port Stephens, the clouds finally cleared and a bright sun welcomed us. If you are planning to indulge in sport activities in Port Stephens, don’t forget to do advance booking, specially during holidays. I wanted to do sand boarding and parasailing, but got booking only for Quad Biking.

It’s absolutely thrilling to ride those gigantic bikes on the beautiful white sand dunes. Some of the turns were so tricky that I was scared I might land into the bush, upside down. We drove for an hour, following each other, in a clean queue.

We drove until the shipwreck coast , before driving back. I absolutely loved the thrill of riding these mean machines πŸ˜€

  1. A friend of mine did that recently…I've been to Port Stephens but my activities were mainly hiking and whale watching.

  2. I've heard they can be quite treacherous, i.e., dangerous; however, I'm glad you survived and had fun riding them! πŸ˜‰ <3
