Yoga Every Damn Day – As a part of A to Z April Blogging challenge, I am going to post a series of Yoga poses. Don’t worry I will keep it simple and crisp… and try not to make it boring.
Ardha Matsyendrasana or Half Lord of the Fish
Yo!! this fish is getting some spinal twists 🙂
Benefits: Half Lord of the Fishes pose opens, lengthens, nourishes and realigns the spine. This pose stimulates the nervous, digestive and reproductive systems. Source
Matsyasana or Fish Pose
This pose stretches hip flexors, muscles between ribs, upper back, front of the neck and belly
Day 5 – Eagle Pose
Perfect poses ! Looks out of a yoga journal hands down 🙂
Your posts are making me think of taking up yoga big time! Though I don't think I will be half as flexible as you 😀

I can see how the pose would be good for the spine. The second and third pics though look rather strenuous, at least to me! 😉 <3
