Ha, it's like you were reading my mind. The entire form i was trying to figure out what form this was. I've seen it, but couldn't put my finger on it. Don't worry about the length. Forms are forms for guidance, to provide structure. Some forms are stricter than others. You did a wonderful job, eliciting a moment. Eloquence in brevity. Thanks for sharing.
