Foodie’s Delight – Tryst with Japanese Cuisine

Today is Day-2 of Ultimate Blog Challenge

************************

Here’s my second post in Foodie’s Delight Series πŸ˜€
The first one is here

My experience with Japanese cuisine wasn’t so good when I first tried it in Chennai. But in Sydney, I have no apprehension in trying new cuisine every time we got out for lunch.

Last week for a Farewell Lunch, my teammates and I went to Akaneya Japanese Restaurant in Sydney CBD. Here’s a photo blog of the sumptuous meal that we ate. Yeah… keep drooling πŸ˜›

Here comes the Salmon Sushi

I ordered Miso soup and

Chicken Katsu Dong. The order included salad and sticky rice too. Delicious!!!

The Restaurant is at Kent Street, Sydney. The Darling Harbour bridge is just across the road.

Apart from that, I have sushi every other day. There’s a shop at Strathfield Plaza that sells amazing sushi boxes. Here’s Smoked Salmon and Crab Sushi πŸ˜€

  1. My husband and I LOVE Japanese food. The last time we went to a sushi-bar in London was about 5 years ago. It's hard to decide what to order with all the wonderful things on offer. I like sushimi best of all.
